National Plan for Action acknowledges Jacquie Munson-Gaines
Mirtha R. Beadle, Deputy Director of the Office of Minority Health
thanks the individuals who directly contributed to the production of the
National Plan for Action and Regional Blueprints.
More than two years ago, the
Office of Minority Health
(OMH) began meeting with communities and various organizations to begin
developing strategies and actions to systematically address health
disparities. These meetings led us to this
National Plan for Action.

The Federal Team and a few other observers
passed along their compliments to JMG regarding their efforts with the
National Visionary Panel at the new Gaylord National Resort and
Convention Center in Potomac, MD.
Mirtha Beadle, Deputy Director of the
Office of Minority Health, was extremely
pleased with the outcome of the meeting. Francis Ashe-Goins,
Deputy Director for the Office of Women's Health, in particular, was very complimentary about
"how hard it must have been
to get results from such a group, and how well you facilitated the
meeting. Thanks to you for all your efforts and support on this
initiative."

Engaged JMG to provide diversity
training as well as participated in the implementation of a management
development curriculum and application.
Comerica Bank, a nationwide bank that offers
personal, small business and corporate banking products selects
JMG contracted to provide discreet, confidential employee relations
investigations.
Visions Education Development Consortium, a management
and consulting firm, selects JMG to
hire new talent
Services included the on-boarding process of all new teachers and
administration, development of employee handbook, and compliance.
JMG selected by Washington, DC based firm to assist the Office
of Minority Health
JMG has partnered with Professional & Scientific Associates to
facilitate "Regional Conversations" to develop a national
blueprint to end health disparities.
EDJ Associates, a management consulting and technical services firm
based in Reston, VA outsourced their entire HR function to JMG in 2005
JMG developed a comprehensive management development process,
recruited and hired over 50 employees over the last couple of years,
provided consulting on all employee relations matters.
Total Employee Assistance and Management, TEAM, partners with
JMG to provide management development courses
Training includes effective communication skills, dealing with difficult
people, harassment awareness, understanding and coping with
change, as well as career transition services. Services were
provided to Carboloy and Magna.
