  Contracted with Volkswagen to provide diversity training as well as participated in the implementation of a management development curriculum and application. 
  
• Comerica Bank, a nationwide bank offers personal, small business and corporate banking products
  JMG provided discreet, confidential employee relations investigations.
  
  
• Visions Education Development Consortium, a management and consulting firm, selects JMG to hire new talent
  Services included the on-boarding process of all new teachers and administration, development of employee handbook, and compliance.

•  JMG selected by Washington, DC based firm to assist the Office of Minority Health
  JMG has partnered with Professional & Scientific Associates to facilitate "Regional Conversations" to develop a national blueprint to end health disparities.
  
  
• EDJ Associates, a management consulting and technical services firm based in Reston, VA outsourced their entire HR function to JMG in 2005
  JMG developed a comprehensive management development process, recruited and hired over 50 employees over the last couple of years, provided consulting on all employee relations matters.
  
  
• Total Employee Assistance and Management, TEAM, partners with JMG to provide management development courses
  Training includes effective communication skills, dealing with difficult people, harassment awareness, understanding and coping with change, as well as career transition services.  Services were provided to Carboloy and Magna.
